I have about 130 exp and I'm a lieutenant grade 2, and i have a skill of 13 on lone wolves, but i haven't gotten the spartan officer achievement or the rogue helmet.I do, however, have the badge (the gold one) on my service record that says I'm a spartan officer. What do I do and how do i get this achievement and helmet?!
