Halo 3 Spartan Officer Achievement?

Im a LT grade 2 and i havnt got the spartan officer achievement nor the rogue helmet.i need this last achievement so i can get the katana and helmet.so if this could be fix please tell

Same thing happened to my bf. It is a glitch, but you have to get a 50 exp in a single playlist and that will unlock them for you.
