halo 3 the storm catch skull?

I've tried it atleast five times and haven't destroyed any tanks or wraiths or w/e, and beaten it on normal, but i've hear you have to kill all enemies first. Is this true, and on the gold wraith is there a person on it to kill?
I know where it is, and went on theatre mode, but it wasn't even there
