Halo 3 Troubleshoot?

let's see i am playing halo one day and everything works but i turn it on now and all of a sudden when i go to custom games and theater a thing appears and says "unable to start because a player in your party is restricted from playing with user created content" my question is simple , what is going on and how do i fix this?
my parental controls is also disabled

This is most likely caused by parental controls that have been set. You can visit XBOX.com to read about parental controls and how to get around them or disable them. Another thing you might want to try is using a different sign in name and see if custom games or the forge/ theatre will work for you. I had this problem and I just had to change my parental controls.
