Halo 3 urgent campaign question!!?

Heres the situation

I beat campaign on legendary co-op
Retrieved all skulls on normal
Got achievments for beating campaign on legendary
Have EOD, katana, and security helmet BUT....

It still says i didn't beat the campaign and its been 2 and a half months.

Please someone explain why
