well i recently got into exbox live, and sometimes, when i anna chat during a game, i cant, like i play halo 3 and where it shows ppls account, it shows a sound thingie, and some times a cht bubble, and when i have the chat bubble on, it doesnt let me talk, why is this? i have all my settings to where i can talk to people, XBox live settings and on the game,so can anyone help me?
