Halo 3 xbox live question URGENT!?

Hi, I have halo 3 for xbox 360 and i have downloaded heroic maps and i have a hard drive but it wont let me play valhalla or sandtrap. It loads 20%, starts again, and then says PLAYERS FAILED TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT. I would really like to fix this because these are like my fave maps
