Help with Halo 3! my service record has been reset!?

In Halo 3, my service record has been reset(emblem,character looks, campaign progress) after my gold membership ran out and reverted to silver i then reverted it to gold again after a few days but my service3 record was still the same, i checked my Bungie account and my past information was still saved on it.
any ideas on how to get all my progress back?

I'm not sure but try to get back to ur highest lvl or get an achievement
