how come when i beat halo 3 the acheivment wnt come up?

You might not have beaten every level on at least normal. Lets say theres 12 levels if you beat 11 on at least normal and 1 on easy you dont get the normal achievement you have to beat them all and if you beat 11 on heroic and 1 on nomal you will only get the normal achievement and so on
