how do halo 3 snipers get good?

you aim a little in front of them and try to shoot at their head. if they jump aim under them and when they are coming down shoot and sometimes u can shoot them in the head.

all you have to do is practice alot.
u know everytime your playing play w/ snipers only.
thats the way i play and i get a good amount of headshots

First of all, so you won't get shot, when ever you know there is someone about to sniper you jump around until you spot cover and go to cover.To kill someone with a sniper,first make sure your sniper is fully loaded,then aim for the target and keep shooting a lot of times at the target and at least one of the shots will hit the enemy and kill him/her.Also make sure if you are close to the target to be near cover that way if they try to shoot back or if you have to reload you won't get killed.

what i did was if you have and extra control ask someone to play with u and play a snipe game.

nah, we just set it 2 like 8-9ish

what u do is if theres somone thats running dont, try to follow them with your cross hair,
aim i bit in front then pull the trig.

also, just remember this, as a sniper when you kill 1-2 ppl from a certain area, MOVE quickly, go to a different area, and set your scope on the place u were just at.

for me its easy as pie =p

Play a game were its harder to snipe. I'm use to sniping on CoD4, so going to Halo3 sniping is cake. In CoD4 the gun keeps moving and you have to hold your breath to shoot. Halo3 the gun never moves. But other than that, practice is the only way. You say don't say practice, but how else. Maybe you aren't as good as you think you are. I don't know.
