how do i join or become a halo 3 clan/-member?

so is there any real definition of a clan in halo 3 beyond similar armor and symbols? like anything recognizable to bungie?

You ask, but in general if they want you to be part of their clan they'll ask you. There isn't a button option that allows you to become part of it. Usually they have you change your default armor or symbol to be a part of their "clan".

If all else fails, get with your friends and start your own clan.


No, Bungie doesn't care if you're in a clan or not.
Being in a clan is like having that empty satisfaction of saying "I'm in a gang". No one really cares, but it's still cool to yourself.
