I want to mod myself some armor for Halo 3 and I'm unsure as to how to start making it. I already know what to do to put it on/in my game, I just need to know what programs to use to get started. Maybe some tutorials, even.
And don't bother posting if it's something like:
"You can't," "Bungie will ban you," etc.
