How do I open NAT Ports for Halo 3 live?

When I try to play halo 3 live it always says you should open the nat ports for faster matchmaking. How do I open the ports?
UDP 53
UDP 88
UDP 3330
UDP 3074
TCP 3074

Or simply, what do I do?
