How do people cheat playing Halo 3?

I play Halo 3 once in a while and when a game is loading there is sometimes a message from the game maker stating cheaters are being watched and will be remove when caught, something like that. I'd rather get my recored the the right way.
please don't answer if u don't know. I'm fully aware that doing it the fare way is the way to go.

They are talking about hackers. All games have them. They reprogram the game so it sends false information to the server. Wikipedia can explain this to you. Another way to cheat is to buy a modded rapidfire controller. This controllers have been modified so when you hold down the fire button (usually a shoulder button) it tells the console you are pressing the button extremely fast. This makes it so weapons that fire as fast as you can press the trigger fire like machine guns. One of my friends owns one of those controllers. I don't know if they will kick people with those controllers. I don't own Halo 3 or even an Xbox 360 but I know how hacking and rapidfire controllers work (or at least how to explain them).

they probably mean people who cheat online will get caught. you can cheat online by glitching (look it up if you don't know but if you don't know alreay, you are a serious n00b...)

you can also cheat by using a LAG SWITCH. (my favorite for online). its when you make a control connected to your ethernet cable which when pressed makes that other players in the match lag so you can easily escape danger of being killed. i've made one and it workss like a charm.

ther is something else called a turbo controller. you can buy trubo controllers from shops or you can mod you're own. it's when you press the fire button and you player fires the gun at a blitzing speed. even a pistol will go off like a machine gun. fun to watch and listen to peoples' reactions online but you can be caught out and reported. easy kills come at a price...

it's best to just glitch and cheat in campaign but online it's a complete no no... have fun playing
