I’ve noticed that working from multiple devices increases the risk of losing data. Laptops can crash, phones get replaced, and external drives aren’t always reliable. I’m interested in how people keep their files protected and accessible without relying on physical storage. What solutions actually work in real life?

To the best of my knowledge, the best way to prevent losing important files is by constantly backing up. This is going to help you recover those file should anything happen.
