How do you do this on Halo 3 Forge?

how do you inter-lap pieces of scenery. For ex: having two walls going through each other making an x shape.

Well hot i do it is go get the two walls then put one down then take the other one and take it to the top of the map and drop it

im not sure that u can u might just have to use 4 pieces and make an x like that if u know what i mean
