How is the Halo 3 Mythic map pack going to be released? ODST? Halo Wars?

I heard that to buy the map pack and ODST you have to get Halo Wars to get it. I also heard they are going to be bought on a separate disk and that they may be on sale on the marketplace. Please help.

mythic will be available in the market place as well as on the halo wars disk. odst doesn't come out untill fall, so i'm not sure if it will be on that disk.
