how much bandwidth does halo 3 use on xbox live when hosting?

just wanted to know, b/c our house keeps going over its bandwidth cap. We play Halo 3 alot, so it would be nice to know. Thanks in advance!

When Im hosting and playing constantly for an hour it usually uses about 100 megs an hour. Without hosting, its alot less. Probably half that amount (50 Megs). Im not a genius but thats my estimates
