How to make a halo 3 screenshot?

I have been trying to save screen shots but i dont know how. Can someone explain how to make screen shots. Please give detailed instructions. Thanks
When ever i got to the tool bar in the film the only button i can use is Play/Pause and start over.

okay, make your movie or w.e, save it, view in theater. IMPORTANT, ONLY ONE ACCOUNT MUST BE VIEWING THE FILM, NO SPLIT SCREEN, then put ur camera on what u want to take picture of, press x and press the button of the camera to take pix, u must be on xbox live to upload to bungie.net
