I can't use the Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack.?

I downloaded the Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack, but the maps aren't showing up and I can't use them. Why? I've re-downloaded them over and over again and it's still not working... Is this because my friend downloaded the maps on my Xbox with his hard drive? What can I do?

ya... its only on his hardrive

I'm pretty sure their saved on his hard drive and you can't redownload them on other harddrives.
