I don't have the halo 3 legendary maps?

About 4 months ago my brother bought the halo 3 legendary maps and i heard that its suppost to give them to all the accounts on that xbox 360. Awhile back i did have them and i was able to play the legendary maps but i havent played for like 4 months cuz it got the 3 red rings.

i finally got it fixed and now when i play it says that i dont have them but my brother still has them He tried re-downloading them to see if it will work for my account but it didn't work. Does anyone know whats wrong?

sometimes this happens...it sucks i know...but what you can do is sign in and go to the pre-game lobby, then have your brother's account sign in and come into the lobby with you....you could then go into custom games and see if you can play a legendary map - if so, then you could sign your bros account out and you should be good to go....a lot to do, but i know some friends who do this EVERYTIME they wanna play with me...
