I have a Speech Bubble icon in Halo 3 on Live, i cant talk, what is it?

I have been playing on Halo 3 Xbox Live, and after a few games of using my mic, I recieved a speech bubble icon in the matchmaking menu, and now I cant talk to anyone, what is it?!

i dont own one but im guessing..

click the speech bubble (if u can) and see if u disabled it
from u being able to speak
