I have some questions on Halo 3?

1. Is it truly only available on Xbox 360?

2. If so, will it play on a regular Xbox, Xbox Pro or Xbox Arcade... or any other Xbox branch?

3. Is their any talk about it being released in a PC version, like 1 and 2?

I have become obsessed with finishing the Halo games, and I do not have anything "Xbox" All I have is my computer, and not alot of money to trow around on this. I know I can get Halo 2 for the computer, but I don't want to do that, and still have to buy Halo 3 and an Xbox 360... more less paying nearly 360 dollars to finnish this game.

If you can answer any of these questions, PLEASE do. Sources would be great too, rumors are a pain, and I'd appriciate something with liability.

Okay, So my hopes are up for the PC version... but now I have a new issue.

yes its only avaible on xbox 360 and will only work on xbox 360 systems with a hard drive,NOT A MEMORY UNIT.theres no word on halo 3 coming to pc.youll have to buy a xbox 360 with a hard drive with it in order to play halo 3.

1. For now, it is only on Xbox 360; it will probably come out for Windows (probably Vista) PC later just like the other Halo games.

2. It only plays on Xbox 360 because the other hardware stated are not powerful enough to run the game; also, the game was not optimized for anything but the Xbox 360.

3. It is extremely likely that it will come out for Windows Vista PC (make sure you have Vista!). In about 1 to 3 years, like the other Halo games.

The PC version will be the best mostly because of better graphics and more features. Microsoft owns the Halo titles, so it will only come out on hardware either developed by Microsoft or that runs on software that was developed by Microsoft.

Now Microsoft does not own Bungi anymore, so other games should be released on other platforms (developed by Bungi, but not the Halo series, because Microsoft still owns the title).

Also, do not listen to the military enthusiast guy. Bungi will have to buy the Halo title for it to come out for PS3; this is unlikely because Microsoft probably won't sell it (if Microsoft does, Bungi will have to pay a lot of money).

I go on gamer websites ever day; none of this information was made up, it is all accurate.

Answers:
1. Halo 3 is only available on Xbox 360.

2. It will play on Xbox 360 Pro, Core, Arcade, and Elite. It will not play on the original Xbox system.

3. I have heard people speaking about halo 3 for PC. I think it will come out, but not till atleast 2 or 3 years.

In my opinion Halo 3 is not as good of a game as everyone said it would be. I would rent it and play it. If you like it, buy it!
