If you have the Recon armor in Halo 3, How did you EARN it?

I'm very interested in ways to earn the recon armor. I do not want to do any glitches because those have nothing to show. I will do anything to earn it like make funny machinimas, play matchmaking for hours and hours untill something funny or awesome/rare happens. So how do you earn it if you have it?

G4 just recently held a halo 3 contest to see who could get across the various maps the fastest and with most style. the winner took the recon armor and the only other way to get it, that i know of, is you HAVE to be a Bungie developer who developed the game.
