In Halo 3 How do you get the Recon Armor?

I really want all the armor so please help me out and i dont care about patience!!

Recon armor is only worn by Bungie employees
The only way you can get it, is to waste 6 hours for a day and make something in Forge that will blow people away then send it to Bungie. If they like it, they most likely will give you recon

Either bungie gives it to you for doing something good like a forge map or screenshot. Or do all the vidmaster achievements 4 r in halo 3 are in Halo 3:ODST
