Is anybody else having problems playing halo 3 on 3/12/09?

I cant get a game going and neither can my friends. Is anyone else having this too?

XBox Live is actually experiencing some issues right now. Every game is having trouble producing multiplayer matches, and some Live features are currently not functioning.
