No they are not done with Halo a new game Called halo wars is coming out in march i think i know the demo is going public on xbox live on feb 5. this game is going to be prequel to halo series of games. No real rumors or hints of halo 4

Not really. He will still be part of the RTS game Halo Wars that is coming out in a couple months. From what Bungie has said so far, we won't see Master Chief in Halo: ODST. However, Microsoft still has the rights to the Halo franchise so they could decide to make another game sometime in the future.
