Is Halo 3 worth buying?

I plan on playing it with only people I know personally.

I've seen those crazy people on Live, all those 12 years old and whatnot. I don't want to deal with them or all the racism.

So, is Halo 3 worth buying if all I'll be doing is playing with a couple friends and doing campaign mode?

Yeh i'd buy Halo 3 its a great and fun game to play with friends and you can make your own maps to play with your friends on which can be alot of fun . hope i helped .

Yes it's a really fun game, and even if you get live for it you mute your TV and the words are gone.
