Is Halo 3 worth getting without Xbox Live?

If you have people to come over and play multiplayer with a lot, it could be. Even if not, the campaign is still cool enough that I think I'd probably get it myself (but I don't have a 360).

the campaign is pretty cool. i like the storyline. but xbox live is pretty much a must have for this game. i find myself playing 4-5 hours and it would seem like i was only playing for 2-3. look for me. jj42087
