Is the Halo 3 mythic map pack coming out on march 3rd in the Xbox live marketplace?

I've searched the internet to find the answer and after getting many different ones, I decided to see if you guys knew anything.

No. Only halo wars limited edition holders have the code on March 3. Bungie is still thinking of a release date. It is gonna be sometime in march. Maybe in a week or two.
