iv got xbox 360 with rrod and 4 games halo 3 gears of war and quantum of solace how

Well, it depends a lot on the condition of your XBOX 360. If it has a hard drive, it'd worth more than, say, the Arcade System. If you include controllers, etc, than it's worth more. Also the game's conditions. You can usually sell a system like that, w/ games, hard drive, controller(s) around...
XBOX: $100 w/o hard-drive, w/ around $150
Games: around $90 (not counting that 4th game.)
Controllers: Wirless... about $25 ea. Corded... about $10-$15 ea.
W/ cords: $10 added
Add these together and you will probably get around $200-$320, of course with system, games, cords, controllers. If you really would like to sell, try $170-$210, w/o hard-drive, then max w/ hard-drive.
EDIT- With RRoD, try some YOUTUBE SOLUTIONS, they really WILL WORK!!!
Also, make sure it is the RRoD, not just an unplugged cable
