IWHBYD skull Halo 3, HELP!!!!?

So i did everything right....started from beginning, killed all flood, playing on heroic. The skull still wont spawn.what the crap is going on??? It's not my last skull, and i am going insane. HELP!!??

If you didn't know already you have to jump through the Halo rings in a certain order it is: 1346754654534 with ring one being the ring closest to where you need to go and ring seven by the prophet of truth.

If you did this already then the problem is that you didn't jump completely through each ring and landed on part of it. Just try again.

It took me three tries to get it. If you do it right all the rings will light up at the end.
