need help with halo 3 training?

iv been playing halo 3 for a couple weeks now and i love the br and sniper but my problem is i noticed how crucial it is to get the headshots with br and to 1 shot with a sniper so i was wondering if anybody with xbox live and a mic(please mic) could msg me because my list is full at the moment but i can make room later and maybe gimme tips and help me out thank you. my gamertag is TehNoobSkoolBus
