No maps on new Halo 3 profile.?

I have the maps on my first profile, all of them. I just made a second profile and when I try to play team swat it says that I don't have the maps. Do I have to buy the legendary map pack for this profile too?

You shouldn't have to since they're stored on your hard drive not your profiles. I would call them about that.
