You have to follow a marine, he will call out to you when you get in a large building. He will take you to an area where the scarab tank will walk beneath a bridge and you need to jump on it and kill all the covenant that are on it and inside of it. Once they are all dead, the scarab tank will be destoryed in a cutscene.
