Should I get Halo 3, GTA IV, GOW2, or get some other game?

My brother's birthday was yesterday May 9 and he turned 11 and my mom said that she was going to buy him a game for the Xbox 360. I was wondering whether I should get Halo 3, GTA IV, Gears of War II or some other game and no... I cannot wait for Bioshock since this is our only chance to get a game for the Xbox 360 if we say we wanna wait she might forget...

I played Halo 3 before and it was pretty fun just not on a HDTV

I have never played GTA IV and I'm downloading it on PC but I heard it was very glitchy and I'm using a 8400GS 256MB (OC'ed), 3800+ 2GHz, and 1GB of RAM and 400W PSU

I played Gears of War on PC before but somehow it gets pretty boring for some time...

Either another game or a one of the above games plus a game that cost $10
Dead Rising is a pretty good game maybe I could convince her to get one of those games plus this since this is only $9.99

or

Some other game

I'm also thnking aobut Fallout 3 and Call of Duty World at War but I know that I can easily get those for PC by downloading for free (utorrent) and COD WAW is based on the same engine as COD4 MW and it ran pretty fast on my computer at aruond 40FPS to 60FPS on high sttings. Fallout 3 i've heard is not glitchy and should run pretty fast on my PC

42-inch LCD HDTV in my room (my Birthday on May 23 turining 13!!!)
47-inch LCD HDTV in my brother's room (turned 11 yesterday)
60-inch CRT EDTV in my brother 2 room (turned 9 on april 16)
50-inch Plasma HDTV in my parents room
19-inch LCD Monitor in garage that works with VGA
19-inch LCD monitor in parents room that works with VGA
24-inch CRT 1992 Old TV in my 2 brother's #3 and #4 room (#4 turned 3 on march 9 and #3 turn 5 or 4 i think on november 9 )

the 19-inch monitor is for the newborn baby born on march 8 2009

I say get IV, you'll be busy with it for at least a couple of months, after that think you should buy fallout3 its really good, and worth the money.
Gow2 is good too, but in your case i should get IV.
