Should I trade in Fallout 3 and Halo 3 to get Brutal Legend for 20 bucks?

I've beaten Fallout 3 to death and don't play Halo multiplayer much (COD man myself) Is Brutal Legend worth giving up those games? I'm ok with Fallout 3, but Halo 3 multiplayer I could miss. Should I just rent Brutal Legend?
I've beaten every mission in Fallout 3 (including expansions) and have everything. I think I'll rent Brutal Legend and beat it. End of story.
