trade in 2 games enough for halo 3?

i got fallout 3 and olbivain the elder scrolls and wanted to see if this is enough to go to gamestop to trade it for halo 3. i saw their web site it found that fallout 3 is around 20-24$ if trade in but didnt say anything about the other game.
