i've played all the halo games but got bored with halo 3 in a year or so. if you play in the next couple let me know i dont want to buy a bad game and then return it.

What do you guys think about halo 3 odst should i get it or not?

Well I heard from other people on Yahoo Answers saying that the story mode lasts about 6 hours long, and then it gets boring. So if you got bored of Halo 3 in a year, this will do the same.
Note: Every game gets boring after a while, it just depends on how much and how long you play it.

I would get it. Its a good change of pace for the halo series. I like not being invincible all the time. This game is actually a challenge if you play it on the harder settings.
Note: Fire fight on normal is very easy.
