What does the highest skill achieved on halo 3 mean?
You know when it says to get to the next promotion you need so many EXP points or highest skill achieved. What is the highest skill achieved?and how do you get higher skills?

You have to play ranked matches.
At first, you will be playing against first timers, because your skill rank is at 1. Once you start getting good ratios and winning matches, your skill rank will go up and you will be playing against people closer to your skills.
The highest skill rank is 50. Just as much as your skill rank can go up, it can also go up if you are not performing well.
