What types of strafing are there on Halo 3?

When you tell me the list of strafes, can you describe each and how they all work? I know there are more then 3 types of strafe; short strafe, mixed strafe, and long strafe.

[Sever Knot]

-Left Right Left Right ( aka. Juke em )
Move left and/or right quickly and at varying speeds to throw off the enemies aim.

-Juke and Rush em ( aka do the J R )
Attempt to charge the enemy by moving diagonally left and right while going in for a melee shot. Usually performed by those who are out of ammo, otherwise shoot as you run.

-Bunny Hop ( aka Jump Dodge )
Jump in random spots to hopefully dodge enemy fire. This was an effective tactic in Halo 1 and Halo 2 but less effective in Halo 3 due to improved sticky targeting. It is often advised not to jump.



Theirs more but those are the basic strafing maneuvers i used with my team.
