Whats wrong with my Halo 3 armor?

I just got the Hayabusa armor and helmet, but sometimes when I play matchmaking it goes back to Mark IV, and only sometimes I get to see my hayabusa armor. It keeps switching back and forth each game. Any solutions? (Note: This happens with other armor too.)

yeah um thats glitching or lagging. sumthing is interfering with ur signal and thats taking it away just stay off the internet and if u have an ipod touch its better to leave that off.... btw my gametag is scorpio112194 is u ever wanna play

This is a bug in the game which happens to everyone and occours when the game (client or server) does not load the player mesh properly and replaces it with the default mark VI armour.

there is no way (as I know and i have tried) to fix without an update from Microsoft to fix.
