I have got 70 exp (I have like 85 now), and it says I am lieutenant. I was looking around and it said you need a high skill of 10, so i just played Team slayer, and that number next to my name says 10 (i think that is high skill) why am i not getting it??? Also, under my service tag it says my highest skill is 13.
