Why can't I watch my own halo 3 vids ?

I go on a round find something funny then I go to the theatre lobby and I'm not allowed to watch or play user created files!
P.S.(I got my new Xbox live accout like a week after Christmas if any of that matters)

Your family settings are on.
You will have to go to the dashboard under My Xbox, Then family settings, and then xbox live settings. Also make sure that you can communicate and leave most everything to public. Also make sure you put your age to over 18
