why is it taking so long on halo 3 to finish matchmaking?

everytime i try to play it takes like 5 minutes to finish looking for players, and when it says set and ready to play, it restartes the search. is that just for me or are other people having problems?

it usually mean your connection is slow or if u have any modding friends remove then from your list because they make u lagg out to

I thought my internet settings had changed or something... I just waited like 10 minutes to start a game of doubles lol. Plus, I can't even get on live when im in Call of Duty 4. I hope it get fixed soon.

everyone is having this problem. its a microsoft thing. so many getting new systems and games for christmas means a big boom of people playin. halo suffers becuase it is run by microsoft, not third party. so if xbox live is messedup, then halo is messed up more.
