Xbox 360 wont see halo 3 even after been buffed by the store?

i tried to play the campain in halo 3 one day, but i failed to load contect. i took it to game crazyand they buffed it for me. when i got home my xbox cant even see the game when put it in. i think they broke it. there are still scuffs on the CD but not to bad. WTF is happening. someone help me out plz.

The game probably has too deep of scratches on it. i had a game like it you should take care of your game
