You think the new Halo 3 maps will be worth buying?

I'm not too sure if I should get them... 800 Microsoft Points ($10) seems alot for 3 maps... What do you guys think? Will you be getting them?

I'm going to get them because 10 dollars isn't much to me, but I think its a good idea to get them especially if you play online because if you don't you'll get matched in matchmaking with either the haves or have nots. The majority of folks will have the maps so I think you don't want to get stuck playing the same people over and over again. But yeah ^.^ hope you enjoy the maps if you get them, I know I will.

That seems to be the standard price for map packs, and they are mostly only 3 maps, if you're a really big fan of multiplayer and would like more variety, I say buy them, but if the past repeats itself I'd imagine Bungie will release the maps for free within a few months. If you really want them now and don't want to wait, I say buy them, if you're patient, wait it out. I don't know if I'll be getting them, maybe after the holidays, to be honest Id be more interested in Call of Duty 4 maps, but that's me.

yes the maps look awesome...I personally play Halo 3 every day and I will buy these maps...and if you don't want to buy them they will be available for free in spring. Check out the link in shows pictures of the maps.

My husband wants them soo bad but i think he can wait for them to become free then download them. Eventually in a month or so they will become free just wait.
