Are the three maps with ODST going to be available without the game for separate download since I dont want to actually buy the game?

for some reason, everyone who play's halo 3 online was recently demoted to recruit and has to start earning their ranking again from the beginning. why did bungie do this? I worked very hard to get to the ranking I was at and then went all the way back to recruit. extremely frusturating. anybody...

see in my pc is audio and video? I mounted and and extracted the file with poweriso to a file that i found but when i go to my pc to see the files to launch it, all it shows is audio_ts and video_ts....idk what to do
