Action Replay for Halo 3?

People have told me that xbox action replay does Not work on xbox 360.
But I have seen programs and websites that mod halo 3 (which can only be played on the 360) and the sites say you need action replay.
But there is no action replay for the 360 i thought.

Even if there is or is not, don't do it. Why? A modded 360 will be banned from xbox live, which means you will never get to play with friends or anyone on xbox live from that 360 and that internet source. Thats right, Microsoft bans both the system and the IP address from xbox live, so even if you get another system it still won't work. And if you trade xbox's with your friend, his won't be able to play online at your house, and your's won't be able to play online at his house. Don't do it.
