Are there laptops powerful enough to play games like Halo 1/2 and CoD 4?

I haven't bought a laptop for a long time and I wondered if technology had improved since '05.

i dont know about halo 1 or 2 but i have played Cod4, 5 and 6 on my laptop which has 3gb ram, 512 nvidea gforce 9200 graphic card without much problem, though i have to set the quality at medium. some games like battlestations pacific dont work. they say that laptop editions of graphic cards are not supported....
